Site visit to project well planned. Juja Farm Project location is quite promising for future growth. It's a good place to buy now and wait. Title deeds are ready for each plot, no stories.

I didn't believe it when they said each plot on all their projects has its own individual title until I was shown the documentation for the Kamakis project, mutation for the project and the title deed for each plot

Your attention to detail, transparency and proactive communication made the entire experience smooth and stress free.

I am happy with you and looking forward to get more services from you. I am happy with you.

I must say i was mesmerized when i requested for the individual title deed for Kamakis plots, as advertised, the team didn't hesitate to provide the documents. I will encourage others to come and my neighbors at  Selma court Kamakis. I love the neighborhood it's taking shape quite well here.
